It may seem overwhelming at first when looking at all the areas to layout in your home. So I just started with one area at a time and it can be something as simple as a closet that is worked on in pieces. I also made notes on the schematic drawing my husband did, which really helped me keep my thoughts straight on what each areas arrangement potential would be.

While this will certainly be a work in progress for me, it really helped me narrow down color choices for wall color, as we plan on painting a couple of the rooms anyway, and we just purchased a new area rug and used the book as our guide. The writing style is very clear and easy to read, and I am not surprised to find that Maria worked in education most of her adult life.

Excellent book that explains Feng Shui enhancements to your environment to achieve your life goals!

I loved this book! It really makes Feng Shui easy to understand and to implement enhancements. The workbook goes through Mapping Out Your Home Using the Bagua, Evaluating Needs and Life Goals and Prioritizing the Areas of Greatest Need. There are references and checklists which are great to lead you to address the areas of greatest need. Examples of Feng Shui at Work in the book are amazing! Just a few changes in one’s environment can create positive energy, calm and peace in areas as well as attract opportunities and attain life goals.

I highly recommend this book. Maria’s background in education and passion for interior design strongly complement her extensive Feng Shui consultant experience as she teaches how to implement enhancements strategically placed to create positive change in all areas of your life. It’s like having a Feng Shui expert with you to guide you in the process.
